Respect for copyright
Do not use TogetherWatch to copy, post, share, stream, or distribute content unless you have permission or another lawful basis.
TogetherWatch does not provide streams
TogetherWatch is a companion social-entertainment platform, not a streaming provider. Users must obtain lawful access to third-party providers and content separately. TogetherWatch does not request provider passwords, cookies, or access tokens. Do not send them to us.
Reporting copyright concerns
If you believe material available through TogetherWatch infringes your copyright, email contact@togetherwatchllc.com with:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification and location of the material you believe is infringing
- A brief explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate
- Confirmation that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
We may request additional information needed to evaluate the report.
Responses and disputes
We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a report. We may notify the person who submitted the material and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. If you believe material was restricted by mistake, contact us with the relevant details and an explanation of your right to use it.
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading report may have legal consequences. Consider independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your rights.
Repeat or serious violations
We may restrict or terminate access for repeated or serious copyright violations, taking account of the circumstances and applicable law.
