About this policy
TogetherWatch LLC (“TogetherWatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a New Jersey company. TogetherWatch is a mobile-first companion social-entertainment platform. We are not a streaming provider.
Information you provide
When you request access, we collect your first name, email address, intended use case, selected primary device, privacy acknowledgement, and optional marketing choice.
If you request access through a private invite, we may store that your request is linked to another access request. We do not reveal the inviter’s identity on the invitation page or collect your email address before you submit it yourself.
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, topic, and message. Please do not include passwords, payment details, provider credentials, access tokens, or other sensitive information in free-text fields.
Coarse attribution and aggregate measurement
We may record a limited campaign source, medium, campaign name, referring website hostname, and landing-page path. These values are bounded and used to understand which TogetherWatch messages are useful. First-touch values are held in your browser’s session storage for the current tab and may be submitted with your request.
We count selected page, form, product-experience, and invitation actions in daily aggregate totals. This measurement does not create a visitor profile, use an advertising identifier, store a full referring URL, or set analytics cookies.
Abuse prevention
To protect public forms, we create short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit records. A network address may be transformed with a random daily salt and cryptographic hash before storage; our rate-limit tables do not store the raw network address. Salts and expired windows are scheduled for opportunistic deletion after their short protection period. Hosting and security providers may independently process technical information under their own policies.

A referral helps us identify people who want to use TogetherWatch together; it does not guarantee service availability or timing. This website does not offer checkout or collect payment information.
Streaming provider credentials
TogetherWatch does not request your streaming-provider passwords, cookies, or access tokens. Do not submit them through any TogetherWatch form or message. You are responsible for maintaining lawful access to any third-party provider you use.
When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate and protect TogetherWatch, use service providers acting on our behalf, comply with law or legal process, address fraud or security concerns, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or sale.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional. You may ask to stop receiving marketing emails at any time by using an unsubscribe option or contacting us. You may also ask about information you submitted or request that it be corrected or deleted. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.
Children’s privacy
TogetherWatch is intended for people age 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
Third-party services
TogetherWatch may refer or connect you to third-party services, including streaming providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as TogetherWatch evolves. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date.
